This is a 60 min, all over workout with a focus on your postural muscles, strengthening them to improve body alignment, circulation, digestion and improve general wellbeing and strength. We finish with six minutes of quiet stillness so you leave feeling calm and relaxed.
You will need an exercise mat and a water bottle.

Saturdays 7.30am
A cardio workout that is has enough intensity to make you sweat! It works as hard as you want it to. This session is an all over body workout with a strong focus on improving your cardio-vascular fitness while targeting all major muscle groups. The plus part means we include some pilates style exercises to strengthen your core postural muscles and we finish with stretching as we cool down.
You will need a water bottle.

This class is designed to loosen and lengthen those tight ligaments, tendons and muscles that make you feel stiff and slow you down. Gentle stretching all over will help you maintain and improve your flexibility and mobility. We also work on your core postural muscles to strengthen and support your body using gentle Pilates exercises, finishing with some quiet stillness.
You will feel at least 10 years younger 😉.
