A huge thank you to the committee for welcoming our MBR (Minimbah Bike Riders) cyclists to the historic Numulgi Hall. You prepared a quite splendid morning tea and in such a convivial location. We were impressed by your own activities as well...
...we appreciate all you all did for us…Fergus, Bob and the MBR members.
Editors note: What an inspirational group these bike riders are. Aged between 60 and 90 and have been organising rides for nearly 20 years and still going strong. They gave Numulgi Hall a generous donation in their appreciation of our efforts.
Thanks Team Numulgi!
Our Easter gathering was as pleasant as always. Our raffle winners excited for their choc treats and local produce generously donated by both locals and friends of the hall who visit the hall for classes in Art, Fitness, Choir and now Quilting!!
If you would like to know more about the quilting group, please contact Bronwyn 0405 184 180.
We also called for interest in supporting the hall as a member or as a volunteer at events. If you would like to be part of 'Team Numulgi' let me know and I'll send details. Cheers, Lisa 0418 685 020.

Numulgi Hall Gathering October 19 2025
It was a Big Afternoon!
Thank you to Gary, Mike and Gerry for entertainment including performing the 'Numulgi Hall Song' composed by Gary.
Laurie and Margaret Armstrong and Ross and Raylene Daley were awarded Life Memberships to Numulgi Hall for their service to the community over many years - including keeping the hall on it's old stumps.
Thank you to Red Cross for their preparation, printing and presentation of the book, 'Tales as Old as Time' created from our event in November 2024 where our long term locals shared their tales from the old days - Bill Elliot, Narelle Ceirpiol, Lyn Parish, Trish Claydon and Sharon Pepper.
Darren Perkins encouraged some very generous bidding as he auctioned our old hall stumps to the community. Almost everyone took home a bit of history! Thanks so much.
We cooked a free BBQ while people gathered and caught up with neighbours and friends of the hall.
Our Hall hosts regular classes. See the tabs for details on fitness and art classes.
Raise the Roof CHOIR sing together on Wednesdays now starting at 10 am until 12pm.
Please contact Choir Conductor Jessie for more information - 0417 277 211
Hall Gatherings are on Sunday afternoons several times through out the year. A BBQ with BYO drinks and a comfy chair for an informal chat with neighbours and friends.
Numulgi Hall was built in 1919 as a place for the community to connect and grow together.
We welcome people to our hall to join existing classes; be a part of our gatherings; use the hall as a place for their own celebrations; or... bring their own skills and interests to share with others.
Numulgi also boasts it's own tennis court! Right across the road from the hall. See the fitness tab for details.
